You make the choice whether or not these funds go towards print marketing or having someone represent you at the table. It is important to note that the builders' staff are there to represent the builder. Please let us represent you to ensure you are not paying more than your new neighbor! The builder registration form clearly states that the purchase price of the home remains the same with or without an agent.
