Sun City Mesquite homes are located in a 55+ Resort-Style Living Community in Mesquite, Nevada. The community provides its residents with an abundance of resort-style amenities in a beautiful setting.
This has been our neighborhood for the past 13 years. We have helped many neighbors buy and sell their homes so we can quickly point out the value in both older & newer homes.

The Sun City Mesquite community, located on approximately 2,000 acres has close to 2000 homes already built. All Sun City Mesquite houses are energy efficient, have post tension foundations, and low maintenance.
Residents enjoy the 30,000 square foot Pioneer Center which offers many amenities including a fitness center, areobics/dance studio, billiards room, library niche with computers, cozy lobby with coffee bar, multi-purpose rooms, and both an indoor and outdoor pool and spa. In addition, residents enjoy the tennis and pickleball courts, 18-hole putting course, and bocce courts.
Conestoga Golf Club, an 18-hole, par 72, Gary Panks golf course intertwines throughout the community. It features a beautiful clubhouse which is home to the 1880 Grille Restaurant.

You make the choice whether or not these funds go towards print marketing or having someone represent you at the table. It is important to note that the builders' staff are there to represent the builder. Please let us represent you to ensure you are not paying more than your new neighbor! The builder registration form clearly states that the purchase price of the home remains the same with or without an agent.

This means we have had additional training in the construction process for new homes.
